The mobile application caters to existing customers of Attiki Odos, specifically e-PASS subscribers, offering functionalities available on the Customer WEB portal at cs.attiki-odos.gr.
This app, which is compatible with iOS and Android devices, supports both Greek and English languages. To access the mobile app, users must first be registered on the Customer WEB portal.
Upon launching the app, users are greeted with a Welcome screen. This screen provides a login section for authentication purposes and grants access to Contact Information along with Customer Service center locations. By selecting any element on this screen, users can view static pages that display the contact information, such as the customer service telephone number and email address.
Notably, the app offers persistent login options on the Welcome screen based on user preference. Additionally, it includes a "forgot password" feature for password recovery.
Once successfully logged in, users are directed to the Home screen which showcases essential information such as subscriber code, subscribed Commercial policy programme, last payment details including amount and timestamp, and the description of Transponders-Account cards linked to the subscriber's Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) account.
From the Menu screen, users can navigate different features of the app:
- View Account Details linked to ETC accounts
- Initiate Account Payment using a new or existing Bank card
- Access Account Activity for transactions and payments within the last 7 days
- Reset or Change Password
- Submit requests to Customer Service via Communication form
- Review stored Bank Cards
- View assigned Transponders-Account cards and report them as Lost/Stolen
The mobile app also allows users to make online payments using tokenized redirect services from its Payment Provider. After submitting information via the app's checkout page, customers are redirected to the Payment Provider's page for payment processing.
Another notable feature is the ability for users to monitor account activities for their linked subscription accounts. This includes details of Toll transactions, Account Payments, Transponders-Account cards status, and account balance.
In addition, the app provides a Communication form with predefined subjects for direct interaction with Customer Service. Users can view and delete stored Bank Cards as well as track Transponders-Account cards linked to their ETC account. They also have the option to report them as Lost/Stolen.
Users can toggle between Greek or English languages exclusively within the settings page. The settings section also facilitates password changes and provides access to Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
